Lisa Taylor plays the Bb and Bass clarinets and has been playing with Salem Symphonic Winds since 2020.
About Lisa Taylor
I play clarinet and have been with Salem Symphonic Winds since 2020. I was born in Albany, Oregon to a very musical family. I graduated from both Oregon State University and University of Oregon in Clarinet Performance.
What do you enjoy the most about playing?
I enjoy the people of the ensemble. Everyone is a character, and I love the interaction with fellow musicians. They are my people!
Do you have a favorite musical memory?
I toured Taiwan with the Oregon State Symphonic Band as a featured soloist in 1998.
Share a fun fact about yourself
I am an absolute Disneyland/Disneyworld junkie! I even went to Japan for the full DisneySea experience!
